Betty Casino Review (2026)
On this page
Betty is a good fit if you only play slots and want small stakes. It is licensed in Ontario and Alberta, takes $1 deposits and pays Interac withdrawals within 24 hours of approval. It is a poor fit if you want blackjack, live dealers, sports betting, phone support or e-wallets. It has none of those.
How to read this review. We have not deposited or played at Betty. Everything here comes from Betty’s own terms and help pages, regulator lists and app stores, checked on October 5, 2026.
We give no star rating, because a score without hands-on testing would be a guess. See how we review.

Is Betty Casino worth it?
For a slots player in Ontario or Alberta, yes. Betty does one thing and removes most friction around it. Deposits start at a dollar.
Withdrawals have no daily cap. The site is properly licensed.
The cost of that focus is range. If you like to move between slots, a blackjack table and a hockey bet, you will need a second account elsewhere. Our list of licensed alternatives to Betty covers that.
How did we review Betty Casino?
We read sources that anyone can open, and we give Betty’s own legal pages the most weight. In order:
- Betty’s Terms of Service and help centre.
- The lists published by iGaming Ontario and Alberta iGaming Corporation.
- App store listings.
- Other review sites, for cross-checks only.
Where sources disagree, we show both and say which we trust. Where nothing confirms a claim, we mark it “not confirmed”. This review will gain first-hand testing notes if and when we do that work.
What games does Betty Casino have?
Betty has online slots and, in Ontario, 75-ball bingo. It does not have table games, live dealers, poker or a sportsbook. Every source we read agrees on this.
The size of the catalogue is less clear.
| Source | Figure |
|---|---|
| betty.ca home page (Ontario) | 4,500+ slot games |
| betty.ca Alberta page | 500+ |
| Casinos.com, Alberta review | 4,200+ |
| Covers | 3,000+ |
| SportsbookReview | 2,800+ |
The gaps are probably down to age. Catalogues grow, and older reviews are not updated. We use Betty’s own Ontario figure and treat the Alberta count as not confirmed.
The studio list is strong. It includes Pragmatic Play, Games Global, IGT, Light & Wonder, Aristocrat, Hacksaw, Play’n GO, Big Time Gaming and Nolimit City. More in Betty slots: providers, RTP and volatility and all Betty game types.
How fast does Betty Casino pay out?
Betty’s help centre gives clear times, counted from approval:
- Interac e-Transfer: within 24 hours
- Visa Debit: 1 business day
- Visa Credit: 1 to 3 business days
Those are solid numbers for a regulated casino. Betty markets something faster, and this is where care is needed.
| Claim | What the Terms or help centre say |
|---|---|
| "98% of withdrawals are completed instantly" (About page) | The Alberta page says "90%+". The Terms allow up to 5 business days, and 10 for jackpots |
| No wagering requirements | Help centre: cash rewards can be withdrawn at once. Terms: bonus funds carry specific wagering requirements |
| 4,500+ games | Stated for Ontario. The Alberta page shows 500+ |
| 24/7 human support | Live chat is confirmed as 24 hours. No phone line is listed |
None of this suggests bad faith. Marketing describes the typical case and terms describe the limit. You should plan around the limit.
Two triggers send a withdrawal to manual review: your first withdrawal, and a new payment method. Full detail in Betty withdrawal times and delays.
What are Betty’s deposit and withdrawal limits?
The limits are friendly at both ends. You can deposit from $1 and withdraw from $1. One withdrawal can be up to $9,999, and with no daily cap you can submit several.
Two Terms clauses deserve attention, because other reviews skip them:
- The 14-day card rule. A credit or debit card deposit cannot be withdrawn within 14 days.
- No Mastercard payouts. Mastercard is deposit-only.
Both point to the same advice. If you expect to withdraw soon, deposit by Interac. See the Betty payment methods table.
The payment list is short: Interac, Visa, Mastercard and Apple Pay. There are no e-wallets and no crypto.
How do Betty’s promotions and Betty Coins work?
We cannot list offers. Ontario and Alberta rules allow bonus advertising only on the casino’s own site. What we can describe is the structure.
Betty runs a loyalty system built on Betty Coins. You collect coins from daily features, quests and level-ups, then spend them on coin games or in a shop. The Terms call coins “recreational play only” and note that coin play does not count toward playtime limits.

Is the Betty app any good?
By the store numbers, yes on iPhone. The app “Betty Casino: Real Money Slots” holds 4.6 out of 5 from about 16,000 ratings. It needs iOS 16.4 or later and takes 155.5 MB.
Betty’s help centre says an Android app is available too. Some older reviews still say iPhone only. We could not open the Google Play page to check its rating, so Android quality is not confirmed.
Apple Pay deposits work only in the app. Our Betty app guide explains how to avoid copycat apps.
How good is Betty’s customer support?
Betty offers live chat at all hours and three email addresses for different needs. Its help centre is large, with more than 150 articles across nine topics.
The gap is phone support. Betty.ca lists no phone number. Two review sites print two different numbers, and we could not verify either. If you prefer to talk a problem through by voice, that is a drawback.
Betty’s complaint process is written down, which is a plus. It aims to resolve complaints in 14 days and sets 90 days as the limit. See Betty customer service and complaints.
Is Betty safe?
Yes, on the evidence available. Betty.ca is on both provincial lists, it names its legal entity and address, and it verifies identity before you deposit.
Some details are missing. Betty does not name the labs that test its games, and we did not confirm its AGCO registration number at source. Our Betty licence check sets out what is and is not confirmed.
How easy is it to open and secure an account?
Sign-up follows the standard pattern for a regulated casino. You give your email, legal name, date of birth and address. Betty then verifies your identity before you can deposit or play.
Betty accepts a driver’s licence, a passport or a provincial photo card. It does not accept health cards. Most failed checks come from a nickname or an old address, so type your details exactly as your ID shows them.
Verifying up front has a benefit. Your first withdrawal is less likely to stall on an ID request, though a first payout can still go to manual review.
Account security is reasonable. Betty emails an access code when you log in from a new device or location, and that check cannot be switched off. You can add a code to every login. Wrong passwords lock the account for 15 minutes, not permanently.
Step-by-step help is in Betty sign-up and ID check and Betty login problems and fixes.
What are the location rules like in practice?
You must be physically in Ontario or Alberta to play, and Betty checks before every session. This is true of every licensed casino in those provinces.
The check has one quirk worth knowing. Wi-Fi must be switched on, even if you are on mobile data or a cable. A VPN or a remote-desktop app will also block play, including on a work laptop.
Betty does not require a separate location app, which some casinos do. That makes desktop play simpler. If the check fails, our guide to Betty location errors lists nine causes.
How strong are Betty’s safer-gambling tools?
They are complete, and all sit in one menu. You get deposit, loss and playtime limits by day, week or month. You also get timeouts from 1 day to 3 months and self-exclusion from 6 months to 5 years.
Two design choices stand out. A stricter limit applies at once, while a looser one waits 24 hours. And after a self-exclusion ends, the account stays closed until you ask in writing.
One gap exists. Betty’s Terms say play with Betty Coins does not count toward playtime limits. If you use that limit to manage your time, coin games sit outside it. Details are in Betty limits, timeouts and self-exclusion.
What changed at Betty in 2026?
Betty launched in Alberta on July 13, 2026, and now lists an Android app. Many older reviews still describe an Ontario-only, iPhone-only casino.
The brand has also widened. A separate site, betty.com, serves other provinces under a Kahnawake licence and a different operator. It is not the same service as the one reviewed here. See betty.com vs betty.ca.
Betty’s Terms of Service have not caught up. They were last updated on April 17, 2026, and still describe an Ontario-only service. We expect an update, and we will revise this review when it comes.
What do players complain about?
We did not collect or score player reviews, and we do not quote them. A search summary of public review platforms shows two recurring themes.
- Praise: fast Interac payouts, a simple app, and the range of slots.
- Complaints: a feeling that games pay out rarely, and the lack of table games.
The first complaint is common at every casino. Slots are games of chance with a built-in house edge. A run of losses is normal and says nothing about fairness. Our slots guide explains return to player and volatility.
What are the downsides of Betty Casino?
- Slots only. No tables, live dealers, poker or sports.
- Two payout methods. Interac and Visa, nothing else.
- Card restrictions. The 14-day rule and no Mastercard payouts.
- No phone support that we could confirm.
- Unclear points in the terms. Wagering wording differs between pages.
- Coin games sit outside playtime limits. A gap if you rely on that limit.
- Alberta is new. Betty’s Terms had not been updated for Alberta when we checked.
