What payment methods does Betty Casino accept?

Betty keeps its payment list short. Interac and Visa work in both directions. Mastercard and Apple Pay are for deposits only. That short list is a real limit compared with casinos that offer e-wallets.

The upside is that every method is a mainstream Canadian one. You are unlikely to need a new account anywhere to use Betty.

Which method should you choose?

Choose by what you need most. The table below matches common needs to a method.

If you are unsure, pick Interac for both. The detail is in how to deposit at Betty and Betty withdrawal times and delays.

Does Betty charge fees?

Betty charges nothing for deposits or withdrawals. Its help centre adds that some providers may apply their own processing or service fees. A credit card issuer can treat a gambling deposit as a cash advance, which carries interest from day one.

Ask your bank how it codes gambling payments before you use a credit card. A debit card or Interac avoids the question.

Does Betty accept PayPal, crypto or e-wallets?

Betty’s help centre lists only Interac, Visa, Mastercard and Apple Pay. It does not list PayPal, Skrill, Neteller, Paysafecard or any cryptocurrency. Its Terms also mention EFT and wire transfers as possible deposit routes, but the help centre does not show them as current options.

Some websites claim Betty pays out to e-wallets in 24 to 48 hours. We found no first-party source for that. Sites that describe e-wallets at Betty are often copies, not the real casino.

Can you use someone else’s card or account?

No. Betty requires that your payment method is registered in your own name. A withdrawal to a third party’s card or account is cancelled. The name on your Betty account must also match your legal name.

This rule applies to partners and family too. A joint bank account that carries your name is the safe choice if you share finances.

Can you use prepaid cards?

Yes, for deposits. Betty’s help centre says prepaid Visa and Mastercard cards are included. It also warns that some prepaid and virtual cards are declined, depending on the issuer.

A prepaid card cannot receive a payout in most cases. Plan to withdraw by Interac.

Why do I see only one payment method?

Betty’s help centre has an article on seeing a single method at the cashier. We have not confirmed its full text. One documented cause is the withdrawal rule above: a card only appears for payouts after you have deposited with it.

If a method you expect is missing, ask Betty customer support before trying workarounds.

Where can you see your transaction history?

Your deposits and withdrawals are listed in your Betty account, with a status for each. Check there first when a payment seems late. A status of “Started” or “Pending” on an Interac deposit for more than 30 minutes is Betty’s stated point to contact support.

Keep the time and amount of any payment you ask about. Support will need both.
